Pedro Cases (Zaragoza, 1955) Periodista y escritor español.

Biografía

Se licenció en Ciencias de la Información. Es residente en Madrid desde finales de los años 1970. En 1978 se unió al grupo de jóvenes periodistas especialistas en económicas que fundaron la revista Mercado. Estuvo dos años en la sección de información económica de El País, incorporándose a Cinco Días, siendo su redactor jefe. En 1988 fue uno de los fundadores de La Gaceta de los Negocios, siendo su subdirector. En 1990 ingresó en la recién creada CNMV, siendo su director de comunicación. En 1996 volvió a la redacción económica de El País, haciéndose cargo del suplemento Negocios. Posteriormente, fue designado subdirector de Cinco Días. En 2003 abandonó las redacciones y se dedicó, especialmente, a escribir reportajes de viajes para distintas publicaciones.
