Una pelike es un recipiente de cerámica griega similar al ánfora.

Tiene dos asas abiertas, verticales, en los lados que llegan incluso hasta la panza, un cuello estrecho, una boca con reborde, y una hundida, casi esférica panza.

A diferencia de la parte inferior de muchas ánforas, la parte inferior del pelike es siempre con reborde, así que se mantiene en pie por sí misma.

Las pelikes son a menudo pintadas con una escena relacionada con gente. La forma apareció primero en Atenas sobre el 1000 a. C. y continuó hasta más o menos el 620 a. C.
