El término radio puede referirse:

  • a la radio, un medio de comunicación que transmite señales sonoras en forma masiva;
  • a un receptor de radio, llamado comúnmente radio;
  • en Anatomía al radio, un hueso del antebrazo, largo, par y simétrico;
  • en Geometría a un radio, un segmento que une el centro de la circunferencia con cualquier punto de ella;
  • al radio, la parte de una rueda que une el cubo del eje con la superficie de rodadura;
  • en Química al radio, un elemento químico que dio nombre al fenómeno conocido como radiactividad;
  • en Geología a un radio, una marca brillante que se extiende desde ciertos cráteres de la superficie ^lunar.
