Shadows of the Sunshine (Abreviado como SotS) es una banda de metalcore de España y fué fundado en 2007 en Valencia por Rafa Mocholí, Victor Da Silva y Marcos S. Sanz. Actualmente la banda consta del vocalista Rafa Nogueroles, los guitarristas Victor Da Silva y Dani Marfil, el bajista Rafa Mocholí y el baterista Marcos S. Sanz.

Hasta la fecha, la banda ha editado dos EPs.

Historia del grupo

Después de varios saltos en su formación, la banda se establece a principios de 2008 cuando empiezan a trabajar bajo en nombre de Decay. En julio de 2008 lanzan su EP debut, ...Of Humanity, producido y masterizado por David G. Álvarez (Guitarrista de Angelus Apatrida).

Poco después el grupo se pone a trabajar de nuevo en su segundo EP, The Light of Reborn, publicado en agosto de 2009. Con este álbum dan un giro radical al rumbo del grupo pasando del estilo Groove Metal al Metalcore/Post-Hardcore cambiando su nombre al de Shadows of the Sunshine.

Pasados unos meses del lanzamiento de su segundo EP Matías Bottarini dejó el grupo por lo cual entró de nuevo Rafa Mocholí.
