Disco de estudio del músico griego Vangelis grabado en 1990. Sofisticado, elegante, apasionado. Éstas son formas diversas de calificar el álbum con el que Vangelis saludó a los años 90. En éste, la técnica de grabación que el artista innovó en [[Direct]], alcanza un alto grado de sofisticación, sin resultar pretencioso. En momentos el disco se conforma de sonidos más eléctricos que electrónicos, por lo que resulta un trabajo orgánico. Como gran parte de los trabajos compuestos por el músico, las piezas están relacionadas por el concepto que da título a éste, sin embargo, el resultado es plural en estilos: moody, jazz, ambiental, rock.

Temáticamente, se trata de un homenaje al mundo moderno, concentrado, de manera particular, en las ciudades, las cuáles son vistas más como idealizaciones del hombre contemporáneo.

Algunas piezas hacen de este disco un trabajo diferente a los estilos conocidos del autor. Destacan particularmente : "Nerve Center", "Side Streets", "Twilight" y "Procession".
