Biografía
Regan es hijo de inmigrantes irlandeses. Más tarde se mudó a Inglaterra donde asistió al St. Joseph's college en Ipswich, Suffolk.
Vincent está casado con la actriz Amelia Curtis, en 1991 le dieron la bienvenida a su primera hija, Chloe, y en el 2006 a su segunda hija, Esme.
Carrera
Vincent ha elaborando varios proyectos para su propia compañía cinematográfica.
En el 2004 interpretó a Eudorus, el segundo al mando del guerrero Aquiles en la película Troya.
En el 2006 apareció en la película épica 300, donde interpretó al Capitán Artemis,
En el 2009 se estrenó su guion, Come Like Shadows, el cual es una interpretación de Macbeth interpretada por Sean Bean y Tilda Swinton y dirigida por John Maybury.
En el 2010 apareció en la película Clash of the Titans donde interpretó a Kepheus. Ese mismo año apareció en el último episodio de la novena temporada de la serie británica Spooks, donde interpretó al ex-expecialista en asuntos internos Alec White.[1]
