Historia

La canción fue compuesta por el equipo de compositores ingleses Stock, Aitken and Waterman. El sencillo se publicó exclusivamente en Japón en 1988, donde la versión cover en Japonés titulada "Ai ga Tomaranai", interpretada por un duo por femenino llamado Wink alcanzó el #1 en el Japanese Oricon chart el año siguiente. La versión original grabada por Minogue tuvo un éxito comercial moderado en ese país, alcanzando el puesto #24 en el mismo ranking.
