«Sir Duke» es una canción interpretada por el músico Stevie Wonder, extraida desde su álbum Songs in the Key of Life editado en 1976. Lanzada en el mes de marzo de 1977, la canción encabezó la lista "Billboard Hot 100" y la "Black Singles Chart", obteniendo el puesto # 2 en la UK Singles Chart fue un gran éxito en aquel momento, convertiéndose en otra de sus mejores canciones encotradas en ese disco, junto con «I wish».

Fue escrita para el homenaje de Duke Ellington, uno de los músicos más influyentes en el jazz, quien falleció en 1974. La letra también hace referencia a otros artistas como Count Basie, Glenn Miller, Louis Armstrong y Ella Fitzgerald.

Los músicos, además de Stevie Wonder, que aparecen en este sencillo fueron: Raymond libras (batería), Nathan Watts (bajo), Mike Sembello (guitarra), Ben puentes (guitarra rítmica), Hank Redd (saxofón), Trevor Laurence (saxofón), Raymond Maldonado (trompeta) y Steve Madaio (trompeta).
