El TEG-90 es uno de los dos modelos de trenes que circulan en el Tren ligero de Guadalajara, los cuales operan desde 1994 cuando los primeros 16 trenes fueron enviados a la linea 2.

En total de los trenes son 32 de este modelo a cual le agregaron rejillas y ventiladores dado el calor que sentían los pasajeros Pintura de color amarillo y asientos de color rojo carmin, asientos preferenciales de color amarillo y letreros con lamparas de leds.

Estos trenes fueron construidos a principios de la década de los años 90 en Ciudad Sahagún, Hidalgo por Siemens y Bombardier. Circulan Actualmente en la Línea 1 y algunos en la linea 2.

La empresa alemana Siemens y la empresa canadiense Bombardier suministró los sistemas de señalización, electrificación y telecomunicación.
