The London Nº1 es una marca Premium de ginebra fabricada, destilada y embotellada en Inglaterra. Tiene como característica principal el color azul turquesa de la bebida y la forma redonda y achatada de su elegante botella.

La ginebra

The London Nº1 nace en 2006, en Londres como una ginebra Premium, con un proceso de destilación artesanal de triple destilación, bajo supervisión de un maestro destilador. Hoy sigue siendo elaborada en la capital inglesa, dónde si no, y su sabor único viene dado por la calidad de las materias primas utilizadas.

La bebida tiene una exclusiva y refinada mezcla de sus 12 botánicos, minuciosamente seleccionados, procedentes de todo el mundo: enebro de los montes dálmatas; casia china; canela de Ceilán; pieles de limones y naranjas, raíz de lirio y bergamota de Italia; raíz de angélica y ajedrea de los Alpes franceses; almendras griegas; regaliz turco y cilantro marroquí.

Color: luminoso azul turquesa páilido, limpio y brillante.
Aroma: especiado y balsámico, con larga y fresca persistencia.
Sabor: fino y suave con un final redondo y elegante.

Cócteles con The London Nº1

Gin&Tonic

1. Llena una copa tipo highball con hielos. La amplitud de su boca resaltará cada matiz de la ginebra.

2. Remueve suavemente los hielos hasta enfriar la copa.

3. A continuación añade The London Nº1, poco a poco, hasta que veas cómo su color azulado se adueña del vaso.

4. Vierte dos medidas de tónica por cada una de ginebra. Hazlo lentamente, así las burbujas mantendrán toda su fuerza.

5. Perfuma la copa con cáscara de limón sobre tu gin-tonic y luego déjala caer dentro para que se impregne de aroma a cítricos.

Ingredientes

1. 8 cl. de The London Nº1.

2. 10 cl. de concentrado de lima Rose´s Lime Cordial

3. Una rodaja de lima

4. Una cereza en almíbar


Preparación

Mezclar The London Nº1 y el concentrado de lima en vaso mezclador con hielo y servir en una copa de cóctel previamente enfriada.
Decorar con la rodaja de lima y la cereza en un palillo largo.
