Who I Am es el segundo álbum de estudio del cantante y compositor Nick Jonas como solista y el primero con The Administration. Se publicó el 2 de febrero de 2010 en USA. El grupo hizo su debut en vivo en las nominaciones de conciertos el día 2 de diciembre de 2009 en la CBS.Debutó el la posición #3 de billboard con 82.000 copias.

Nick Jonas tuvo un corte del álbum en ocho días con el productor John Fields, quien también tocó el bajo. Los miembros adicionales de la Administración incluyen el baterista Michael Bland y el teclista Tommy Barbarella, ambos de los cuales se reproduce en la New Power Generation. El guitarrista David Ryan Harris tocó en el álbum, pero un tercer miembro ex NPG, Sonny Thompson, lo reemplazará para shows en vivo y en la gira Who I Am Tour Hasta el 19 de febrero el albúm ha vendido 128.000.
