Doing All Right (Todo bien) es una canción de la banda de rock británica Queen. Es la segunda pista perteneciente a su disco Queen de 1973.

También titulada Doin' All Right y Doin' Alright era originalmente una canción de la banda británica Smile, la cual más tarde vendría a ser conocida como Queen. Fue escrita por el guitarrista Brian May y Tim Staffell, bajista y vocalista de Smile.

La canción cambia muchas veces, desde light pop music a guitarras acústicas y además contiene una sección que podría ser considerada como heavy metal.

Esta es una de las pocas canciones de Queen que presenta a Brian May en el piano. El músico también tocó su antigua guitarra acústica Hairfred en este tema y otros posteriores como White Queen (As It Began) y Jealousy.

La banda tocó esta canción desde principios de 1970, y es destacable como la primera canción de la banda en la que Freddie Mercury tocó el piano en vivo. Tim Staffell la cantó cuando aún era canción de Smile, y Mercury probó cantarla de la misma manera cuando pasó a ser canción de Queen.

La versión en el disco At the Beeb presenta al baterista Roger Taylor cantando como voz principal en el último verso.
