Fabian Strachan Woodley

Fabian Strachan Woodley (Bristol, Gloucestershire; 19 de julio de 1888 - 8 de agosto de 1957), poeta uraniano británico.

Biografía

Fue el primer hijo de un procurador y propietario de periódico llamado Augustus Woodley. Se educó en el colegio independiente Cheltenham College, y en el año 1902 fue admitido en la Universidad de Cheltenham. De 1907 a 1910 estudió en la Universidad de Oxford.

Luchó durante la Primera Guerra Mundial, y tras acabar, trabajó para un periódico local, el Somerset County Gazette Más tarde se hizo profesor de inglés en varios colegios importantes.

Escribió un único libro de poesía titulado A Crown of friendship y fue publicado en 1921.
