Lala Kara Mustafa Pasha (o simplemente Lala Mustafa Pasha) (alrededor de 1500- 1580) fue un general y hombre de estado otomano. Alcanzó la posición de Beylerbey de Damasco y se convirtió en Quinto Visir, comandando las fuerzas de tierra otomanas durante el Sitio de Malta en 1565, durante la conquista de Chipre a Venecia en 1570-71 y en la campaña contra Georgia en 1578. Posteriormente ostentó el cargo de Gran Visir durante un breve periodo del 28 de abril al 7 de agosto de 1580. El nombre honorífico "Lala" quiere decir "tutor del Sultán" ya que había sido tutor de los hijos del Sultán. Mustafa fue conocido por su crueldad hacia los oponentes derrotados, una reputación que fue aumentada por su horrible tratamiento para con Marco Antonio Bragadin, el defensor veneciano de Famagusta, al que despellejó vivo, una venganza por el tratamiento de los prisioneros turcos de guerra durante el conflicto.
