En la canción, el guitarrista principal Ryan Ross comparte las vocalizaciones principales con el cantante Brendon Urie. Todos los miembros de la banda contribuyen con voces de fondo para esta grabación. Cuando es interpretada en vivo, Jon Walker, el bajista del grupo, toca la guitarra y Urie el bajo. La línea de la canción que dice "and at the end was a dog called Bambi" (y al final fue un perro llamado Bambi) es una referencia al perro de Tess Laidlaw.

Un corto del video muestra a Brendon masticando lo que parece ser un cigarro. Esto ha causado un debate entre los fans de Panic sobre si Brendon fuma o no. En una reciente entrevista Brendon comentó que no era un cigarro sino más bien una pieza de dulce europeo enrollado.[cita requerida]

Sí, muchos fans piensan que fumo debido a esa escena. Bueno, no lo hago. En realidad, estaba masticando un pedazo de dulce que no había abierto. Se llamaba... La- ¡demonios!, La- ¡algo!.
