Anguta es una aldea de La Rioja, perteneciente al municipio de Valgañón,que se encuentra deshabitada y lleva décadas abandonada.

El único edificio aún reconocible es su iglesa, la Iglesia parroquial de la Asunción. Se trata de un edificio de mampostería en ruinas. Está situada en un paraje que posiblemente fue cementerio medieval, con tumbas antropomorfas excavadas en la piedra arenisca.

El vecino pueblo de Valgañón compró su término para el pasto de ganado vacuno, que pace en la Dehesa de Valgañón.

Antiguamente contaba con terrazas para el cultivo del cereal, que ahora son campos invadidos por brezos.
