Blessing in Disguise es un álbum de la banda estadounidense de heavy metal, Metal Church lanzado en formato LP en el verano de 1989; la edición en CD salio en 1990.

Este fue el último lanzamiento de la banda en el sello Elektra. Este fue el primer álbum sin David Wayne en el trabajo vocal, debido a su salida de la banda para formar su banda Reverend. Este lanzamiento presenta al nuevo vocalista Mike Howe (ex-Heretic). Kurdt Vanderhoof había producido el último disco de Heretic Breaking Point previamente. Parece ser que así fue como Mike Howe llamo la atención de Metal Church.
