College of Charleston Cougars (español: Pumas de College of Charleston) es el equipo deportivo del College of Charleston, situada en Charleston, Carolina del Sur. Los equipos de los Cougars participan en las competiciones universitarias organizadas por la NCAA, y forman parte de la Southern Conference.

Los Cougars participan en las siguientes modalidades deportivas:
Baloncesto
El equipo masculino de baloncesto es el más detacado de la universidad. En el año 1983 ganó el campeonato macional de la NAIA, un campeonato menor. Además, han llegado al Torneo de la NCAA en 4 ocasiones, la última de ellas en 1999.
Solamente un jugador de Charleston ha llegado a la NBA,[1] el base de Atlanta Hawks Anthony Johnson.
