Eight Inc. es un estudio de diseño multidiciplinario e innovación con oficinas en Nueva York, San Francisco, Tokyo, Beijing y Londres. Fundada en 1989 por Tim Kobe, Eight Inc. diseña espacios residenciales y comerciales, productos y comunicaciones.

Proyectos recientes en el sector comercial incluyen, los puntos de venta Apple Store, las tiendas Nokia [1] , las tiendas Coach Inc.[2] [3] , diversos proyectos para la aerolínea Virgin Atlantic Airways [4] , como también la creación y desarrollo de nuevos espacios interiores para el banco Citibank.

Eight Inc. también diseña residencias y desarrollos de usos múltiples, recibiendo el premio Architectural Record Honor por su proyecto “High Density On The High Ground”, al participar en el concurso para la creación de residencias de uso múltiple en la ciudad de Nueva Orleans luego del Huracán Katrina [5] . En 2006, Eight Inc. representó a los Estados Unidos en el Pabellón Americano de la X Bienal de Arquitectura de Venecia [6] .

Eight Inc. ha diseñado mobiliario para METRO [7] , una unidad perteneciente a Steelcase, accesorios de cocina para Williams-Sonoma, soluciones de diseño de interfaz para Citibank [8] y Nokia [9] y espacios en ferias para Herman Miller y Apple.

Los proyectos LEED® recientemente registrados incluyen, 280 Beachwalk, el primer complejo de tiendas LEED® en Waikiki [10] y el Centro Educacional Malama [11] , un centro educacional comunitario en la isla Hawaina de Oahu.
