Permanent Vacation es un álbum de estudio de la banda de hard rock, Glam Rock, Glam Metal y Heavy Metal. Aerosmith, de origen estadounidense. La banda Aerosmith a fines de los 70's se separa, Jimmy Crespo y Rick Dufay llegaron para reeplazar a los guitarristas originales, y en 1982 sale al mercado un nuevo disco, "Rock In A Hard Place", del cual no se vendieron demasiadas copias, luego de una reconciliación entre Steven Tyler y Joe Perry, sale al mercado el disco "Done With Mirrors" en 1985, pero "Permanent Vacation" es el disco que realmente reune a Aerosmith con la fama.
