USA for Africa (Unión de Apoyo de Artistas para Africa), fue el nombre bajo el cual cuarenta y cinco conocidos artistas, principalmente estadounidenses, liderados por Harry Belafonte, Stevie Wonder, Michael Jackson, y Lionel Richie, Bruce Springsteen se reunieron para grabar el single "We Are the World" en 1985.
