Aljustrel es una villa portuguesa perteneciente al Distrito de Beja, región del Alentejo y subregión del Baixo Alentejo, con cerca de 5 600 habitantes.

Es sede de un municipio con 455,66 km² de área y 10 567 habitantes (2001), subdividido en 5 freguesías. El municipio limita al norte con el municipio de Ferreira do Alentejo, al este con Beja, al sur con Castro Verde, al suroeste con Ourique y al oeste con Santiago do Cacém.
