On The 6 es el álbum debut de la cantante-escritora estadounidense Jennifer Lopez, lanzado en Estados Unidos el 1 de junio de 1999 a través de Epic Records. El álbum estrenó en el puesto número 8 del Billboard 200 con unas ventas de 112.000 copias en su primera semana, manteniendose en el top 20 por once semanas y en el top 200 por cincuenta y tres.

El álbum ha vendido aproximadamente siete millones de copias a nivel mundial y ha producido cinco sencillos, incluido el Billboard Hot 100 hit "If You Had My Love" y el dance hit "Waiting For Tonight".

El título del álbum hace referencia a la sexta línea de metro subterráneo de la ciudad de Nueva York, usada por López para viajar desde su hogar en el Bronx hasta su trabajo en Manhattan durante los años previos a su carrera musical.

El título original para On The 6 era Feelin' So Good para cuando López quería que la canción del mismo nombre fuese promocionada como el primer sencillo del álbum sobre "If You Had My Love". El álbum incluye dos covers de la cantante Diana Ross: "Promise Me You'll Try" y el "Theme from Mahogany (Do You Know Where You're Going To)".
