Es un proyecto nacido como extensión del programa Miami Ink. Es protagonizada por los artistas Kat Von D, Corey Miller, Hannah Aitchison, Kim Saigh y la manager Pixie Acia. La premier fue emitada el 7 de agosto de 2007 en Estados Unidos.
