ºLos 100 + Pedidos del 2004 fue un especial transmitido a finales del año 2004 en donde se recopilaban los 100 videos más votados a lo largo del año. Sólo hubo dos conteos este año ya que a principios de año se eliminó MTV Centro: ahora sólo están MTV Norte (en México) y MTV Sur (en Argentina) para transmitir sus respectivos conteos (desde el 2004, todos los 100 + Pedidos estarían divididos en estas dos regiones). Estos listados decepcionaron a algunos televidentes ya que Toxic de Britney Spears no logró aparecer a pesar de ser una de las canciones más exitosas en el ámbito de MTV Latinoamérica y otras canciones populares de principio de año estuvieron ubicadas en posiciones pobres e incluso anuladas de la lista para dar espacio a canciones recientes que fueron estrenadas en el fin de año. El siguiente es el conteo emitido por la cadena MTV Latinoamérica en el año 2004 de los videos más solicitados en ese año a través de votaciones realizadas por su página de internet.
